NKT presents an audio document of Nokuit’s debut live performance which took place in the sweat lodge of Cafe OTO during midsummer 2018. 
Nokuit’s appearance, alongside Flora Yin-Wong, Ausschuss and Mun Sing, mapped out the terrain explored across his discography thus far. From the psychological spaces of early releases Analysis Paralysis and Reality Disappears After Waking to the global, drone-eye view of the most recent Patterns of Instability, this is a hallucinatory cartography of vast expanses and intricate detail. A soundtrack to a film that has left its screenwriters behind, the unshackled camera runs riot across the set before drifting in on itself and out into the world, asleep at the wheel. 
Over thirty minutes, distorted visions and smeared vignettes from past recordings are reconfigured into a familiar yet mysterious manifestation, marking an uncanny conclusion to this first cycle of Nokuit releases.

BEIRUT, Lebanon — a haunted city. The dead look out from the bullet holes which scar the public squares and back streets, presided over by the monumental ruin of the Holiday Inn, overlooking the city from its sea front cathedra.

Broken Britain Cassettes advances its World Service campaign eastward with an anatopic release from Frenchman Couronne de Merde, who became preoccupied by the Lebanese Civil War after repeated visits to Beirut. Recorded over a week in Paris, these tracks are an exorcism of the ghosts who followed him back.

Spectral voices lurk behind the shell-shocked synths and an urgent battery of percussion. Proceedings move forward and backwards in time - at once observing the event and recalling it afterward. Disparate scenes and incidents are conflated in a trans-historical bloodbath, underscored by a sorrowful ambience which longs for meaning in Sacrifice.

Couronne de Merde casts an unflinching gaze at theocratic and political contradictions. ﺍﺗﻤﻨﻰ ﻟﻮ ﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺡ ﺗﺠﻠﻲ ﺍﻟﺮﻣﺎﺩ is a poetic documentation and dramatisation of a modern conflict, this late iteration of ancient struggles between Religion and Secularity, Christianity and Islam, Dominance and Freedom.

القنلى ينظرون بحذر عبر فجوات الرصاص التي شوهت وجوه الشوارع العامة، ومن اهمها الخراب الضخم في اوتيل الهوليدي ان ،الذي يشرف على بيروت من حهة البحرية، كالاسفف على عرشه.
ضمن حملتها العالمية للخدمات ، اصدرت Broken Britain Cassettes عمل ابداعي للفرنسي ,Couronne de Merde ,
الذي اسدى اهتمام خاص للحرب الاهلية اللبنانية وذلك عبر زياراته المتتالبة لبيروت.
تم تسجيل هذا العمل في باريس خلال اسبوع،وقد استوحى Couronne de Merde من هذا العمل القدرة عاى طرد اشباح الموت والدمار الذي رافقته خلال زيارته لبيروت وذلك عبر موسيقاه.

تكمن اصوات هذه الموسيقى الخيالبة خلف الصدمات المقلقة والملحة غي الايقاع
، اتسافر بنا عبر الزمن.-
نراقب الحدث ونستدعيه بعد حين

مشاهد وحوادث متباينة يتم خلطها في حمام دم تاريخي عابر ، ترافقه أجواء حزينة تتوق إلى معنى التضحية .

Literally terabytes of bodyspam gush from my cleavered gut contorting and hurling a harsh beige pumping swirl of bile and chunks that blow into a gash of nicely printed paper bagging under my chin like a bib FLY EMIRATES a thin chord of acid dribble stringing from my lip. wannamarchi.club presents the apocalyptic visions of producer Nokuit. Constructing a hellish diorama across six tracks of industrial electronics, Golden Arch uses biblical allegory to explore contemporary malaise.

The heavens cracked open, armies of angels passing through The Arch on horses. Their eyes were a flame of fire and from their mouths came a sword penetrating the flesh. A rain of rocks fell, the satellites and power towers melting in the burning sun. It screamed a beautiful melody.
